Abstract Submission
Authors are kindly invited to submit abstracts to IPW 2024, which should clearly describe the conducted work, as well as its importance and main outcomes.
The abstracts should be submitted exclusively through the submission platform of the IPW 2024 with an extension of up to 250 words. The authors should also indicate 3-5 keywords and select the topic where the work best fits.

Upon submission, the Scientific Committee will evaluate the abstract and decide on its acceptance. Subsequently, the submission of the full paper will be requested.
Please note that each author with paid registration at IPW 2024 can only present up to 2 papers.
Paper Submission
After acceptance of the abstract by the Scientific Committee, the authors are invited to submit the corresponding full paper in editable format, which should be prepared according to the instructions provided in the following MS Word template. Please note that the paper length must be 6-10 pages and it must include the ORCID of all authors and email of the corresponding author.
The submission must be conducted through the IPW 2024 platform, by clicking on “Upload File” and providing the submission ID and the password defined upon the submission of the abstract. The same procedure can be repeated to submit an updated version of the paper. In case of alterations in title, authors or abstract contents, please update the submission form by clicking on “Edit Submission”. Do not create a new submission. Submit your paper here:
All accepted papers will be Scopus-indexed and published as a book of proceedings by Springer Nature.
Presentations
To ensure uniformity among presentations, it is recommended to use the IPW 2024 PowerPoint template.
The presentation time will be approximately 10-12 minutes, using a presentation in MS PowerPoint or Adobe PDF format. It is recommended that the presenting authors prepare a presentation with about one slide per minute (maximum of about 12 slides), considering the following guidelines:
– 1-2 minutes for introduction and objectives.
– 3-4 minutes for methods and data.
– 3-4 minutes for results and discussion.
– 1-2 minutes for conclusions and future developments.
